Strengthening of public policies

It focuses on the implementation of public policies related to:

  • Institutional monitoring of water quality and quantity
  • Instruments to improve corporate water management, such as water reuse standards
  • Mechanisms to encourage investment in strategic ecosystems. The principle of making decisions based on evidence is applied.

Country actions and regional exchanges are structured within the framework of the Community of Practice. The link with the Intergovernmental Hydrological Program of UNESCO (IHP-UNESCO) and the World Alliance for Water Quality (WWQA) is proposed.
