Institutional monitoring of water quality and quantity
Support for strengthening water quality and quantity monitoring systems, particularly groundwater in the Rímac basin. At the same time, the implementation of public policies and instruments that encourage GCA, such as the Blue Certificate, is supported.
Follow-up and advice on institutional efforts in Chile to provide cleaner production agreements and the blue certificate, within the framework of the GCA, taking into account the work previously developed by COSUDE and the potential for regional influence, among them, due to its participation in the Pacific Alliance.

It is a program led by the Water Thematic Division of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation SDC. It has direct actions in Colombia, Peru, Mexico and Brazil, promoting exchange with other Latin American countries.
