The National Water Study is a national reference exercise (Colombia) for the planning and comprehensive management of water, which covers issues of water availability (total and available surface supply), demand and use (water footprint, virtual water and projections). , groundwater, glaciers, isotopy, water quality, sediments, municipal shortages due to extreme events, droughts and floods; and indicators of affectation to water quality, pressure on ecosystems, among others, which clearly show the critical hydrographic sub-zones of the country due to competition and conflict of water and water resources.

In this sense, IDEAM, the Swiss Agency for Humanitarian Aid and Development (COSUDE) and the Antioquia Science and Technology Center (CTA), are pleased to invite you to the launch of the 2022 National Water Study.
